Do not go here! My son just went in and they took his keys. Gave him a price of 108.00 for wheel alignment. I told him why didn’t they get the money first. Go inside and ask them you want to pay. Of course the guy Steve ignored my son came back and told him a entirely different price of 160.00. They snatched keys from my son and called police. I told my son this is very unprofessional of them. He is 19 years old. They took advantage of my son. I was on the phone with him the whole time. I wanted to know why the price was given then changed. Steve told me when I talk to him he said there was damage done to my care and needed more work done……what Steve doesn’t know is that we just had car repaired by a auto mechanic the day before and he said that’s all we needed tires and wheel alignment. So that is all we needed. I feel bad cause I told my son you can’t go wrong with Midas. It’s a great company. Boy, was I wrong!…………. Then after all that I found out it’s a franchise…… that’s even worse

Went to get an alignment done so they tell me $1000 for new ball joints, drive off after picking up the NEXT day because they didn’t have it ready, when i was told I was supposed to pick up the same day. Drive off not even a few hours later the next day and I can hear the popping noises worse than before not to mention somehow now my trans is slipping when it’s never had that problem. I’m not paying for their service ever again ripped me smooth off. May not happen to everyone but still be cautious.
