Brought my wife's Traverse in for the rear a/c not cooling properly, Stephanie was our service advisor and gave me an appointment that fit my schedule, check in was easy and quick. They had my vehicle for an extra day due to delivery issues. Still was only a 2 day turn around. Stephanie also kept in contact with me through out the time my vehicle was there and explained everything in detail. She is an asset to Atzenhoffer I'm my opinion. Thank you . My air conditioner went out on my Silverado and I only had a couple hundred miles left on my extended warranty and I was worried it would expire before I could get it into Atzenhoffer. Luckily Atzenhoffer took me in that same day and had it fixed the next day! Very Thankful! Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
