Grease Monkey

I took my '97 International in to have the oil changed and the man who did the oil-change and the grease job was fine. The man that drove my truck inside the building turned on the PTO after bragging he'd driven one of those trucks so had to know the PTO CANNOT be left on while being driven. When I spoke with him about it, he admitted to hitting switches he didn't know the use for and might have 'bumped on' the PTO with his knee. If I didn't pay attention to the sound of my engine, I wouldn't have noticed, and the $2500 PTO system would have been shot. Fortunately, I do pay attention and caught it in a couple blocks but the International is my livelihood and carelessness could have had me out of business anywhere from a few days to a week or even longer.

I recently got my oil changed here a couple days went by everything was ok then all of a sudden my truck started smoking and leaking water/coolant. I called and let them know but all they said was everything on their end is good and that was it! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I had to use my last bit of money to get my truck towed to my house then figure out a way to pay for the part (heater hose) and labor which I shouldn’t have had to do. This has really stressed me out to the fullest and I would never ever go to any grease monkey again! Service: Oil change
