Had service here numerous times with multiple vehicles. Purchased my current vehicle from them. They have always provided good service, fair prices, and completed the work they said they would do. No games or mystery “shop fees” that weren’t in a quoted price that appear on the invoice when you come to pick up your vehicle like I’ve unfortunately encountered at other dealerships. I have an extended warranty plus maintenance plan on my 2017 F250. I brought my truck in for oil change, fluid topping tire rotation, as well as to get it safety, inspected. Within 30 minutes I was told needed rear brake repair and would not pass its safety inspection. I informed them I did not have time to have the brakes changed, and I was having no problem with them, so just do oil change and fluid maintenance. When I got home, I noticed the def as well as the window washing fluid not topped up nor tires rotated. By visual inspection it was difficult to tell if the oil was changed. Truly pathetic.
