Time and time again they come thru for me. This dealership gets me in and out in no time. Unfortunately this time my vehicle needed a little more look at. They provided a free shuttle to take me home and pick me up the next day. My service advisor Ms Taylor was awesome. Thank you Cook Ford for a great experience again. I have used Cook Ford several times. They are always professional, and I have any auto maintenance/repairs done in a timely manner. My last experience with them was repairing the module in my auto lift gate on my Ford escape. Happy with the outcome.

I had my oil changed yesterday and did not have a real good experience. I waited almost 4 hours for my vehicle until I finally asked the girl at the desk if it was done. Turns out she did not see the paperwork on her desk until the mechanic came in and pointed out to her. I don’t know how long it had been there. Now I find out the mechanics how worked on my truck did not attach the bottom plate on properly so one end is hanging down . I have to go back and have it put on right. I hope it doesn’t take another 4 hours. Service: Oil change
