I will never use another collision shop I’m the Houston/Sugar Land area. I have managed to get rear ended while stopped in Houston traffic at least 4 times in the last few years, and Terry, the owner of Texan Auto has always made the process easy and seamless. He’s always been quick to help me arrange towing and have an evaluation of damages done. He also has a lot of knowledge of how to work with the insurance companies, and the end result is always top notch. You can’t even tell where the work was done and paint is always matched perfectly. Another bonus with this shop is that women are equally respected and no one will speak to you in a condescending manner, which is surprisingly still prevalent when it comes to auto and collision services. I highly recommend this shop very trustworthy and honest. They are very friendly and welcoming me as a first time customer. Really great customer service, reliable, quick response, free Uber and reasonable price. Mr Rush and the other young guy were answer all my questions and repairs details, show me the damaged and the new order parts. They are very helpful and professional. The people at the front desk are amazing. They told me what they would do to diagnose and try to fix the AC problem on my car and the cost. When I came back to pick it up, they told me what the problem was, but that if it continues to blow warm to come back and they will repair. 6-29-23 Still very happy with Texas Auto. Took my car in around 2 to see if they had time for an oil change. They said yes, but it would be about an hour. Waited for it and they had it done in 45 minutes. Great service.
