Texan Auto Repair and Collision was recommended to me by the owner Terry after using one of his other business during an insurance claim. I visited for a routine oil change but alway wanted to address some wobbling noises I heard regarding the tires. Terry personal greeting me and had one of the mechanics ride with me to understand what's noise I was hearing. He also showed me a video of what was discovered. His team work quickly to order the proper parts and repaired my vehicle within a day. My car now rides smoothly with no wobbling sounds. I'm an truly impressed how professional everyone was. Excellent service! Came in Last week and met with service advisor Erik. He got me in and out without a hitch! He set expectations , procedures and cost/wait time. I came in for a vehicle inspection and alignment as my sticker was soon to expire this month Dec 2022 and an alignment after replacing my tires. The advisor from Discount Tire highly recommended Texan Auto and I’m happy he did! My Tesla Model Y was aligned and ready for our next day road trip! Erik explained the alignment read out and provided me with all my paperwork. One thing I did notice was that I keep my work files in the back and the only time they would get tipped over is when I punch down on the accelerator. They were upright when I dropped off the Tesla. After the appointment the paperwork was everywhere (totally understandable/not upset) I would punch it too if I got a chance to get in a Tesla. =) Thank you for the great work!
