My car would not keep a charge and replacing the battery didn’t work I needed to know exactly what the problem was. I initially thought it was the battery then the alternator but I called Tom with Car Klinic and received immediate same day service. They diagnosed the problem and was able to turn a possible BIG problem into a small problem by the way it was the Serpentine Belt. My worries were stress free. I’m confident in the repair and I look forward to this shop doing more “necessary” work on my car in the near future. If you’re looking for a very honest mechanic look no further! Thom is great. He has been working on our family cars for 10+ years. The dealership tried to charge me $3200 just for labor cost but Thom was able to cut that in half. He is honest and does good work.
