I had my catalytic converter replaced. And the part went bad or broke apart (not their fault but the manufacturer’s fault) They were very professional. They contacted the manufacturer of the part, they replaced it free of charge of course because that’s Auto Check- First Colony. They are customer friendly and honest and trustworthy. I’ve trusted my car with them so many times and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ms. Sandy at the front desk is the best! Great customer service and always has a good attitude and a welcoming spirit. She’s such a blessing to this company. If you are considering taking your car here you will not be disappointed trust me!
