I had a really pleasant experience here. They fixed the issue I brought my car in for and checked on a few other things, as well. I received updates throughout the process and a breakdown of the services provided. I never felt as though they were trying to push anything on me, which was very nice. The staff was super professional and polite. Definitely recommend.

Quick summary: Colony One failed to fully change the brake fluid on my car. I took my car in for a Brake Fluid Exchange and specifically asked the service advisor to have all the fluid exchanged and not just the master brake reservoir. I stated this because many mechanics will just change the fluid in the reservoir and my kids are driven in this car. Brakes are probably the most important components on any car and are critical. I take the car home and noted: 1. Neither of the rear brake bleeder valves caps looked touched 2. No brake fluid drops anywhere 3. The Bleeder valves were hard to turn (indicating they were not opened and bled). 4. The fluid was dirty when I bled it myself. They pushed back and said they did a complete Brake Fluid Exchange until I emailed them the picture of the dirty Brake Fluid. They did refund my money so I gave them 2 stars. Service: Auto maintenance
