I had a really pleasant experience here. They fixed the issue I brought my car in for and checked on a few other things, as well. I received updates throughout the process and a breakdown of the services provided. I never felt as though they were trying to push anything on me, which was very nice. The staff was super professional and polite. Definitely recommend.

I have been here one time and will always bring my vehicles here from now on. They confirmed Sterling McCall Toyota was trying to scam my wife. They put it up on a lift showed her/ us that there was nothing wrong with it and charged us nothing. Chris and the other guys there are great. Beware taking your vehicle here.. they like to charge diagnostic fees without diagnosing your vehicle. I KNOW there’s a problem with my AC I drive it everyday… so I take it to be fixed and diagnosed.. not told the Freon is fine. I’m sorry what about the compressor or the control unit or whatever it is causing it to not run ice cold or even cold at all sometimes. So I’m charged $81 dollars to have to take it somewhere else to actually get the problem fixed. Of course I’m not going to take it back to the place that charged me for not doing any work! I use reviews faithfully and SO this time they failed big time.. I hope this accurate one helps! P.S. if you can’t fix AC in Texas.. I really wonder what you can fix or “diagnose”.
