Got my truck appraised today didnt realize till I got home the appraisal/sales person the one that looks like katt Williams stole a knife out of my truck and looked through my bag while he was appraising it
THEY HAVE CLOSED. I am devastated because they were fair and trust worthy. I only bought my cars from TX Direct because of their service Dept. I was trying to get my service scheduled and had to pretend to buy a car just to get someone on the phone to confirm they have in fact closed down. Of course no one at the dealership cares to help or answer questions, they transferred me around to the corporate customer service who also had no idea.. so here ya go. Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change
