I took my F-150 to Tom’s due to a noise in the rearend. Amos communicated with me personally. He fixed the problem and charged me a very fair price. I felt he was upfront and honest. We’ll be taking our cars back to him whenever there’s a problem. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've grown to despise the big guys such as pepboys, Goodyear Firestone & etc. I love to support small legitimate well equipped business. However I can't give Toms 5stars. I brought my 06 camry in for cv axle & wheel bearing. The job was done in 1 day (very good). When I drove the car about 10 miles away, a wheel rubbing noise got progressively louder. I knew rt off the bat that it was a brake dust cover rubbing on the rotor. By this time Toms auto was closing. If left as is, it rubs a groove in the rotor & causes extra heat which might cause other problems. Rather than go back & waist their time & mine, I took the vehicle home & fixed the problem myself. I have a regular job that keeps me busy. So I'd rather pay certified guys to do my mechanics. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but I can't honestly say I had a 5 star experience on this trip.

Excellent Fast Service! Really Great People and very Knowledgeable. Have brought small and Larger Issues to them regarding Repairs. Not many places You can trust these Days to give You a Quote without hidden agendas that pop Up during Fixing. If Your looking for a Place to have Your Vehicle Repairs done or just Maintenance and not be Taken Advantage of, I Would Highly Recommend Giving These People a Shot at Your Business!
