I had a serious engine problem come up last week with my daughters vehicle that I was not expecting. I called up Dylan at Caliber last Friday, and they had the vehicle fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon! Engine repairs are an expensive burden no matter where you go, but their prices are very competitive with other shops I spoke with. The biggest thing in my opinion, was the customer service and timely manner in which repairs were done. Every other shop I spoke with said the same repairs would take at least a week to perform. Caliber had it done in a day! The ease at which the whole process was handled was first class. I want to say thank you to Dylan and the crew at Caliber Auto Care who worked on my daughters vehicle. You made it one less thing for a father to worry about when you have a daughter who commutes back and forth to college every day. You have my gratitude.
