My car has been making strange noises for years so I finally took it to Taylor to get checked out. I spoke to Ralph on the phone a few times and he took the time to discuss all my concerns. I got there before they opened (shows 7:30 on google but they actually open at 8) and a nice and courteous employee let me right in. I discussed my noise issues with Ralph and left my car in the hands of their ace mechanic to diagnose. Before I went back to pick up we spoke on the phone and I was assured my car was extensively and thoroughly checked out with their equipment, as well as the mechanic test driving several times to listen for the noises I described. He indeed heard them, but I was relieved to find out in the end they did not find any defects or issues that needed repaired. I was totally impressed by the fact that, not only were they honest and didn't try to make any unnecessary repairs, but after spending hours on my vehicle I was told NO CHARGE! The best mechanics in town. Very honest and good work. Nothing fancy about the place, just an old school mechanics shop not charging ridiculous prices for the basics.

Mr. Taylor was very helpful and attentive while answering my questions about my car maintenance. He didn't try to upcharge me as other men mechanics usually does when they see a woman. Will continue to do business with him in the future.
