Rebecca, was easy to work with she provided all the information needed over the phone to make my decision on what dealership to go with and we got the deal done over the phine for 3 2024 Ram trucks and i had to do is come in and sign. Outstanding service thank you so much Rebecca and team.
The customer service is good, but the quality of the actual repair service was not. I’ve taken my vehicle here numerous times and it’s a 50/50 chance something is not done properly. I love the dealership because my thought was they’ll do it right. But realistically the service techs are overwhelmed and rushing. I’ve had to take my vehicle back one too many times to correct an issue.
Bill and Erik were so awesome. they took care of everything and were super friendly and professional! Will definitely tell all my friends and family if they are buying a dodge.
