I’ve had consistent poor service experiences with AutoNation. The sales are great, but service is a completely different experience. There is no direct line to call, the car is not fixed as promised, timelines are not met (not even close), there is no accountability internally, I feel like I am consistently lied to, and getting a service manager on the phone is a challenge (which shows their dedication to customer satisfaction). I am happy to share my stories, but there are too many to post in one review. I have pre paid service that need to be used then I am done. I love the truck, but I miss the service I used to get from Sewell.
I’ve been in a few times since purchasing my Jeep in September and every single person in service has been super helpful. My service advisor Fredrick always goes above and beyond for me and to make sure I’m accommodated with a loaner that fits my family and the communication level is top notch.
Philip Gibson in the Sales Department was fantastic. He handled EVERYTHING for me! He was my "go to" guy! If you need some thing done the correctly - SEE Philip!!! And so was Fred Berdman (Service Advisor) comes Highly Recommended by Philip Gibson. So DO NOT let me down FRED BERDMAN!!!
