I had a 3 p.m. appointment for an estimate on a fender bender and they said they were too busy to look at my car. Very poor customer service for a new car owner!
First off, the associate I worked with Tom Bracker was great. He was patient and always had a positive attitude even when I was frustrated with the insurance company aka Progressive. With that, I will say Fred Haas does a good job but they will take a long time. Some of this related to parts availability. If you do use them, just know that they are very busy and do not expect your car back quickly. Again, Tom Bracker was great and really did his best to meet my high standard.
