The guy running the front desk was beyond unhelpful. He was framing his computer system problems like they were my fault. He was acting like his hands were tied when the more obvious culprit was his incompetence and lack of customer service. Even though we have Fleet Maintenance, I walked out 100% unhelped.
The Best I came in knowing I had a problem with A tire, found out it was three. Thank God they found the problem and I’m not stuck in Houston traffic !!! Andrew Service Manger was the best !!!!!
I had my Air Conditioner done! It was a pretty penny! Did a great job though! For as long as I was there (10 hours) they gave me a Complementary card for a free oil change!
