Marco was my advisor and really took care of my car. Even though I drive an old busted car, he treated it like it was new. Installed a new front suspension and BOY did they do a great job.

Caliber Auto Care on Rayford provided outstanding maintenance for my truck, including an oil change, fluid flush, wheel balance, tire rotation, brake service, and alignment. Brandon, my service advisor, was knowledgeable, attentive, and communicated with me regularly to address all my concerns and keep me up to date. When I just had a quick question Rudy jumped in so I did not have to wait long. What impressed me most was their respectful approach towards additional services, never pressuring me into unnecessary maintenance. They took the time to validate if any requested services were genuinely needed as well. Caliber Auto Care's commitment to exceptional customer service and honest practices sets them apart.

This place is great, I only take my car here! Marco S. was my service advisor, and Zach F. was my technician. They were able to schedule me in after work for installing 4 new tires, alignment, oil change, and their normal thorough vehicle inspection. They were very detailed and informative throughout the entire process, and even stayed nearly an hour after close to finish the job and do it all perfectly. I never have anything but good things to say about this place, mainly because of how they treat you as well as your vehicle! I live in the city, but will continue to make the drive to this location for the great service! Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change
