Mr. Liem Nguyen provided roadside assistance under our GM warranty to us when our battery died in our SUV. He arrived very quickly, had the knowledge and tools to test and confirm the problem was with our battery, and he got our SUV started. Not only was he very experienced but was also very friendly. And, he followed me all the way to the dealership to make sure our SUV didn't die on the way. I can't thank Mr. Nguyen enough. He made a stressful situation a lot better and went above and beyond.

Mr.Liem was friendly, fast, very professional & knowledgeable also took his time to make a unforseen repair to save me money instead of just replacing it like most others would, I would 100% recommend his services.

My tire picked up a nail, that caused a flat. I needed to get this done quickly and done right. Liem had completed the repair, and I was back on my way in less than half the time it would have taken me to get this handled on my own. Friendly gentleman, and great customer service.
