Mr. Liem Nguyen provided roadside assistance under our GM warranty to us when our battery died in our SUV. He arrived very quickly, had the knowledge and tools to test and confirm the problem was with our battery, and he got our SUV started. Not only was he very experienced but was also very friendly. And, he followed me all the way to the dealership to make sure our SUV didn't die on the way. I can't thank Mr. Nguyen enough. He made a stressful situation a lot better and went above and beyond.
2 flat tires, he came out very fast, and was extremely friendly, and fair on prices to patch....will definitely recommend to everyone!!Thanks again!
