I ALWAYS know I'm getting an honest assessment of any car problem I have. My MIL and FIL came all the way from Trinity (with their new puppies) to get a second opinion on their AC issue. Mr. Lunsford confirmed the repair needed and that the first assessment from the dealership was actually fair, considering the size of the job. My folks were prepared to pay Mr. Lunsford for looking at their car, but he didn't charge them a dime.
