This place sucks! The head guy there is rude! My insurance had to replace a front bumper and when I got my car back, I wasn't even 5 mins down the road and the damn bumper fell off! DO NOT USE THEM! Service: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend them, our one year old WRX took a pretty big hit. We had quite a few aftermarket parts on the car that sustained damage. The biggest concern was we swapped the top mount intercooler for a front mount and it was smashed pretty bad. After asking the subi forums we were referred to Shiloh at Heritage collision. They were upfront about the entire process including what brand and type of parts would be used to replace the damaged parts. We also had the option to only use OEM parts and pay the difference if there was one. They were able to obtain OEM parts for the same cost as the quote so we didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything other than the radiator we opted to upgrade. We were sent photos of the progress and kept in the loop on how far along everything was. The final result was fantastic as well, can't even tell anything happened! Excellent service and communication!

Great job and customer service. Would definitely use these guys again. Works with the insurance companies well and explained the process from start to finish. Thanks Guy's my car looks brand new again.
