Scheduled for a recall appointment. They didn't check stock and didn't have the part. I drove for 30 minutes and turned around when I got there. They said they'd call me to schedule an appointment when the part comes in. Do we customers get anything for our wasted time? Haha, of course not. Not even an oil change coupon.
It was very well and I really appreciate how well-mannered and how well they dealt with my vehicle and they got me in there and affectionately time and help me with all my questions that I needed.
Great Service! Repaired quickly and even washed my car before they returned it!
