Mike is absolutely fantastic. My car broke down on the highway and USAA took it to the nearest auto shop. Thrash Auto was the closest so it got taken in. The initial look over was very affordable and Mike was very communicative throughout the whole process. My vehicle was with him for over a week, a few days even after they had determined the issue and it was ready to go. They didn't charge me for having it there (I was only passing through San Antonio) and my sister was able to pick it up. Mike texted me the week after. Absolutely fantastic people and I highly recommend them!

They have always lived up to, and many times exceeded, my expectations. Before they began any repairs, I was contacted, and given full disclosure as to the problem(s), and costs to correct.
