I relocated back to texas and was having slight issues with my BMW that was fixed prior to moving here. After research and finding they were a authorized napa car care center and would honor any of the previous works warranty they got me in. Quickly found my issue and a day later i had my baby back. Tracy was incredible. My other shop gasped when i told them what happened and the other shop is sending return of payment for all of Tracy's work. I found my new mechanic. After taking my 90 yr. old fathers Suburban to Tracy 3 times, still did not fix the oil leak. Asked for my dads $800 back and Tracy refused..Got a Call from Steve, the Owner, and took my Dads suburban to his other shop and the oil leak was fixed.
