This shop is outstanding. Very inviting when you come in. Customer service is great and there are knowledgeable people to talk to. Follow up is quick. I’ve had a few things done here and i always received my truck back in the time promised. Paleo also stands behind their work. I had one item that had to be revisited and they jumped on a solution for me within a couple hours. I highly recommend the Paleo team. Good morning world, I would like to share my experience with Paleo Car Care, and in particular to, Service Advisor, Jesse O. I was searching for a facility to replace my brake pads, which I thought I heard grinding noises. I stumbled upon Paleo and called them, and I spoke with Jesse. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I explained my situation and with my work hours it was a challenge to get my vehicle to the Paleo shop. To my surprise he was able to accommodate me by picking up my vehicle and dropping it off at my residence, which was amazing ! Furthermore, once my car was in the shop, Jesse contacted me and advised me that my brakes were excellent!! I was amazed with the professionalism and honesty. I did need some preventive maintenance, flushing out fluids. He took very good care of me and my car. She is running beautiful! I highly recommend Paleo Car Care. Fantastic experience with Paleo Auto! I was having trouble with my car vibrating at highway speeds. I called them and they made setting up an appointment easy. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning. Within a couple hours they diagnosed the issues and offered a reasonable price for the repair and parts. They had my car ready to go by the afternoon. My car is working perfectly now! Melissa did an excellent job communicating with me by text and keeping me updated. A very friendly and great local repair shop!
