I personally wrote a letter to the company CEO & owner how great and above beyond experience that I have with the team with Mr. Trevino’s excellent customer service! It’s hard to make customers happy now a day but Mr. Trevino and his team did! I don’t normally take the time to write comments but I spent my time and hope it’s worth it!

I was visiting San Antonio when I thought I had a problem with my car. They were kind and their service was super fast that I was able to get my car back on that day. Also, they didnt charge me anything for the inspection!

I walked in to firestone because I was lost. The manager, Raul Rameriz, helped me find the location of my parking lot on my phone. Then he offered me a ride over there!!!!!!!!! The shop was very busy. While I waited for my ride I thought about helping. I can answer phones. I could sweep or clean up the coffee ☕️ area or sanitize the restrooms ????. Another customer gave me a ride to my car ????. This tire repair shop, Goodyear, has the best service I have ever received and I didn't even buy anything. The manager refused my ten dollar ????. Wow ???? ???? ???? ???? ☺️
