I hate going where I feel like they are taking advantage of how I don’t know anything about cars — they made me feel taken care of and sent me home with a clean bill of health, without charging me a thing, assuring me that there wasn’t even any routine maintenance needed. Never had a mechanic feel so altruistic before. Will ONLY be coming here from now on! Thank you!!!!

I took my car in to Lopez Auto and had about $500 dollars work on it for oil change, back break job. I got it back with the whole front suspension system broken. They told me they don't know how that happen and that they did not break it. I took to them without any problems before with any sort of suspension issues. They said that had a point but it a mystery how that happen. They did say that they drove it around but that nothing had happen? Then told me that, I could just take my car to another shop! I will NEVER go back to this auto shop! I share this because I would hate for this to happen to someone else!
