Rick and the staff did an outstanding job repairing my car on two separate occasions!! First, they discussed options for an A/C fix and secondly they salvaged a screen replacement (both saved me from an expensive dealership visit). After damaging my car, I sought multiple quotes and opinions on the best way to repair the damage. The first two places I got quotes from were very friendly, however, provided excessively priced quotes and were difficult to work with based on scheduling they offered. I called Broadway Tire and Auto seeking a better opinion and quote with more flexibility in repair timing and he had me come in for a quote an hour after calling as opposed to scheduling me. He was very friendly, approachable, and gave a quote that was way more affordable than either first two places. He scheduled me for the repair in just a short few days to coordinate with the painters, who were also very nice and good at their job. My car as a newer, less straight forward pain but they found the exact paint and painted it well. On the day of my repair, I dropped my car off and they went above in beyond in making my experience getting to and from the shop painless. They are perfectionists and while they had done a very g
