Best service I've ever received. Come here if you're sick of doubting your mechanic on their estimates. They're straight-shooters through and through! I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in San Antonio.

I was recommended to Jackie’s for a crank problem. I dropped my car off Thursday night in hopes that Friday it would be fixed. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair or diagnose my car which is understandable. The mechanics are amazing however, the owner is irritating. I had to call a few times to get an update from him, and was told when I came in to pick up my vehicle (which should have been ready around 530) we would discuss the issue. I got there at 5-510 and the office was closed and the owner was no where to be found. The mechanics on site told me that Bruce (owner) was supposed to call me to let me know my car would not be ready, he was also supposed to call with any updated regarding my car which did not happen; I had to reach out to him. Again the mechanics, except the owner, amazing.

I’ve been taking my cars to Jackie’s for about 30-35 yrs because they are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. I would never take my car anywhere else. I have recommended them to many friends and after their first repair, they are “hooked” and have become regular return customers.
