Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

Total ripoff. My daughter took her car to get state inspection. They told her that she had to have her transmission fluid and spark plugs changed to pass state inspection - which is a lie. They charged her $225 to change 4 spark plugs and $120 for transmission fluid change. In total cost her over $550 for an inspection.

I have been a customer of Kwik Kar Lube & Tune for several years now and have always received outstanding work and customer service whenever I come here. The staff is courteous and efficient, providing both honest and prompt service. I am fairly knowledgeable in both automotive diagnostics and repair; and, as a demonstration of their honesty, I have never had any unnecessary maintenance or repair suggested to me by any of the staff. However, if a repair or maintenance issue is needed, which I most often have previous knowledge of, they are efficient in identifying and diagnosing the issue and only conduct the approved work at a very reasonably cost. In fact at times, just for a simple act of kindness, they will sometimes address minor maintenance issues or repairs for customers at no cost.
