Great job on wife's car, replaced catalytic converter at a great price too!

We have been using Precision for years! Wally is the only one that we trust with our vehicles. Yes we have tried others but Wally has been the only one that has been able to get our vehicles repaired. He is fair in pricing and doesn't over charge you. He is honest and will call you with everything that has to be done to your car. I was reading the reviews and I will tell you I've lived in Red Oak for 23 years and there is no Rick's convenience store anywhere in this town! Wally is not the person this man said he is! We love Wally!

Under staffed. Fair price for repair on my 98 mersedes s420 due to overheating. Presumed cause of overheating was water pump, got vehicle back after a month of walie working or not working on it. Within a day of having the car back it overheated again. When I checked the hood wires were left loose on heater fan . Paid 160$ in towing fees to have him do a proper job that he messed up. Overall does not seem to be a thoral mechanic and care less with my investment and time ....still after two months have gotten back my vehicle 04/20/2016. Aparently it takes two months to fix an overheating problem. Overall waste of time and money verry unprofessional and rookie job
