The is by far the WORST shop I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication and professionalism is ridiculous. My car was at this shop for over a year and I was repeatedly lied to about my car being worked on. Luckily I began keeping record of everything when I dealt with them so that I could protect myself from being taken advantage of. I DO NOT recommend JE Auto to anyone because they will take advantage of you. PLEASE read the other reviews before wasting your money. The owner has no integrity and clearly repairs are rarely done right.
I called Jr. with an emergency repair. He got me in right away and gave me an honest price. Thanks Jr.! Y'all are great!
Jose has been great in helping identify and finally fix long standing problems that have been addressing my car that is finally running like new again at 100k miles.
