First time at The Transmission Shop and it was a great experience! The gentleman Julio, who provided the services my car needed, was quick, efficient and very helpful! Once my tires were replaced, he mentioned that my battery needed to be replaced also and was more than willing to take the time to replace it. Professional and very helpful! Out of all the places I called only The Transmission Shop actually ask me what happened when I drove my car. So not only a quote but gave me another possible cause. It ended up not being my clutch, still needed repair but way less costly. Thank you, so much for educating me and being patient with me but most of all being a shop we can all trust in!

The Transmission Shop finished rebuilding my transmission faster than the time frame that they had quoted. I appreciate Julio's professionalism and friendliness each time he called with an update.
