Been bringing my cars here for a while now & I definitely stand behind Josh and Dustin. They do a VERY good job when it comes to customer service.

This is the only place that I entrust with maintaining all of my vehicles. They are prompt with maintenance, they are honest, they are professional, and they are great people. You can tell that they really have a passion for what they do, and that they love helping their customers. I knew that I was going to be a repeat customer from the very first time that I spoke to one of the members at Major Automotive. As someone that was not familiar with the inspection process in this state, they helped me fully understand what I needed, and helped me understand the full process. Major Automotive is also very fairly priced, and they will recommend what is best for the customer. As a prior automotive mechanic myself, I know a quality shop when I see it. My car was giving me problems and I called them and the manager was very understanding and polite. They picked my call when most places just had auto voice mails set up. I got there and did a diagnosis of my car and they helped me get my car back to good health. Loved the place. It's 5 stars for me coz I can't put 10..... I just attached a pic of me driving in..... P.s. it was raining and they were in the rain with me. I strongly recommend Major Automotive.
