Hance's Uptown Collision Center

This shop was the best, after my vehicle sat at a shop that was referred by the insurance company for a month will no work done, I moved my vehicle to this shop. They were able to accomodate me same day and take a tow in and work quickly with the insurance company. They were very professional and kept me informed along the way. I had my vehicle back within 2 weeks after parts were received. Definitely will be sending all my vehicles that needs to be serviced here!

I cannot recommend Hance Uptown Collision Center enough! Jimmy went above and beyond to get my Mercedes' collision damage repaired - he was communicative throughout the entire process and gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had with a car issue! I am now a customer for life! My car looks brand new for much less than the dealership quoted me! Definitely use Hance for all your auto repair needs!

This is my second time using this shop. Jason was my rep both times… They do decent work here. However, communication is sparse and work is SLOW. I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair and it’s now been 8 WEEKS and I still am out of a vehicle and being forced to pay for a rental.. This process has been beyond frustrating, expensive and massively inconvenient. Think twice before coming to Hance’s.
