If I could, I would give them 10 stars. About 1 year ago, my wife was using my vehicle when it wouldn't start for her, she walk over to Christain Brothers Automotive, and they looked at the vehicle and said it was just a weak battery, they jumped the battery and she was back on her way. She said they were very nice and professional. Fast forward to this week when I remembered what she had said, and I was in need of a state inspection, and my wife scheduled a transmission flush and oil change. I couldn't believe how friendly and courteous they were. You were treated as a real person. They explained everything and in a way you can understand. I can tell they are honest, and I am extremely blessed for this location. Thank you, Christian Brothers Automotive and team. You made my week. The auto shop I trust the most in Plano- fair prices, excellent service, never push for unnecessary fixes, etc. Been going to them for years, and plan on continuing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dustin the last year or two- he has always been very informative and accommodating, and further improves my experience. 10/10 recommend!

Excellence across the board. Drop off was easy and swift. Shuttle service back home was appreciated. Daily notifications were appreciated. Summary of all things checked out and cost of each was also detailed and appreciated. Actual day of completion of work aligned with initial expectations. Pick up was easy and swift.
