I brought my company car here today for a scheduled preventative maintenance. The process was quick and easy. The staff was nice. Dropped the car off at 12:30 pm, picked up at 5:30 pm. This shop is in walking distance to my home. I will continue to bring the car here for scheduled maintenance.

I really enjoyed my experience with this auto shop, I will be bringing my car for future repairs. The shop is fair and are willing to work with your needs. Even though I did not do repairs, I have no doubt I will be doing business with them. They diagnosed the car accurately and provided resolution. Zee was very understanding and professional. I had a good experience. I had my car towed there and picked them sort of at random but it was a hassle free experience. Someone answered the phone and helped me promptly every time I called. The repair happened quickly and the estimate showed very clearly what was wrong and how much it would cost. There was no pressure or condescending sales pitch which can happen a lot if you’re a woman. When I picked up my car it was fast, easy, I paid exactly what was on the estimate, the place was clean and air conditioned, the representative was professional and helpful. My only complaint is they wrote my number down wrong at some point and if they hadn’t, I would have gotten a text sooner instead of having to call in and may have gotten my car done sooner. But that’s a simple mistake that can happen to anyone. From now on when I need a mechanic they’ll be my first look.
