Performed Body shop repairs on my damaged Smart car. They did a great repair job on my car!! The team worked well together!! All were courteous energetic and gave me progress reports letting me know the status on when my car would be ready!! Service: Body & Trim

Repair wasn’t done correctly. A FIRE started on my truck while in their shop. I was told everything would be replaced/Repaired by Caliber Collision. ….That was a lie. An hour after picking my truck up, my check engine light came on. They ordered new O2 sensors and I brought into another Caliber Collision. An hour after leaving this location…check engine light came on again! After taking my truck into a different mechanic (Not Caliber) to try and get the O2 Sensors fixed properly fixed, the mechanic informed me that they couldn’t do anything because my entire undercarriage was burnt including melted wires and harnesses. And, all metal was still charred and oxidized from what looked like a fire. No wonder the O2 Sensors weren’t working. Now…I am left with a truck with damage to the electrical system that we don’t know how deep it goes. I would highly NOT recommend using this company. Services: Exhaust, Electrical
