Love this family owned business. They are very friendly and courteous. The owner Omar is always kind and most helpful and Mariela in the front is such a sweetheart. I took my car in for repairs and it took about a week and a half which by far is amazing because I’ve taken my vehicle to other places and they usually take 3 weeks to a month and I was so amazed at how fast my vehicle was ready. As busy as I am on a daily it was so nice and less stressful for me that they took control and did everything without me having to call and worry. They always kept me informed of any parts I needed and pricing. Overall, I am very happy with the satisfactory service they provided and I recommend them for all your vehicle services. Horrible service and prices. Expect yourself to be carless for two weeks. They give you the run around and keep adding fees and charges. Will take their time and your car will still be broken. Took it back in they said they'll fix it (which they never fixed the first time!) And came out with "you need to pay $400 and then we'll start working on your car and you can't get your car until you bring that before the shop closes".so not only are my parents car being held hostage from a job they didn't do right the first time they also scammed my parents and are forcing them to pay more. SMH never again! Take your car to another place or you'll end up like my parents paying over $700 and be carless for two weeks! Horrible customer service too every time you call they're lazy and say "we have it on the computer" acting like they're checking it out when I drove by because my gut told me it was just parked outside.
