DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my car in Feb 14. I was told it would be an estimated 1 month for completion as the damage to the vehicle was minimum (photo attached) Come around March 13 which was the first completion date given to me they made me wait 6 months in total to get my car back. They just kept giving me run arounds as to why it wasn’t ready. When they finally called me 6 months later they gave me the car back missing several items which had been billed but after 6 months were still not replaced! Mind you I had gone at month 4 to see my vehicle & I expressed my concerns over what was being charged to my insurance which wasn’t changed on my vehicle and they said not to worry that they would work on it. I even messaged the girl in charge of my case and she said it had already been done. Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle my tailgate was literally being used as a dumpster. And when I told them about it they said not to worry that they would clean it and literally didn’t do anyth

I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair and they were wonderful from booking my appointment to leave my car to when I drove it back home after the repairs were complete. The repair was great, you can’t even tell there was any damage to begin with. Kelsey was very helpful and made sure I was aware of everything that went on during my repair work.
