Poor customer service. A/C issues. Cadillac. Just parked, guy looks at me like what I'm doing there. 1st thing out of his mouth is if i have an appointment. I say no, then i say A/C issues, next thing out of his mouth is he's not going to work on Cadillac A/C . Fine, but damm, check your attitude. Unnecessary.
I am so thankful I found these guys! Very relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. The owner, Brent, is very easy to talk to. My dealer was booked up and could not see my car for service for five months out! After being without a working car for three weeks, I feel so fortunate that I was able to not only find Tech Auto Service but I was able to be seen and have my car back the same day!! Tech Auto in Pflugerville by Pflugerville High School always does a great job. Been going there for years whether it’s for an oil change or a general check up. Definitely recommend. They do prefer appointments.
