Really appreciate the honesty AJ and service of alex. We were told by another company to get new brake pads but it turns out they aren’t needed at this time. AJ was courteous enough to tell us the truth that they still had life left and wouldn’t need replacement at this time. Due to their honesty we will definitely be coming back to get the brakes done when the time comes.

I was late to work and having trouble filling my tires at a gas station when Austin stopped and offered to help. He was on his way to work too, so he followed me to the shop and opened early so he could get me fixed up as soon as possible. He was so friendly and helpful, and was definitely my angel this morning! Thank you!

I spoke with a gentlemen named will about getting some mechanic work done to my fathers impala he placed me on a brief hold. About 10 minutes later he picked up the phone had a very bad attitude and complained about how busy the store was. He also stated that this is what comes with being a manager. Will hung the phone up in my face. I called back 3 times I assumed that he declined every time I called. I came to visit the shop I was told that he was busy with inspections. The customer service here is very poor. The vehicle I was trying to get a quote about belongs to my father. He’s a disabled Vietnam veteran.
