My Tesla Model 3 sadly was hit from behind on the bumper. I’m so used to taking cars to the dealership to get it fixed so I was hesitant to take it to somewhere that wasn’t a dealership. However, I took the chance because they had great reviews and they were one of the businesses under Tesla Insurance’s network. I’m so happy that I went with them because of the customer service by Cameron and the entire staff. My bumper looks like there was never an accident. They took care of my car, washed the outside and kept the inside clean when they returned it to me. Really appreciate the quality of their work and professionalism. Definitely recommend them. Updated: After finally speaking with owner, they took responsibility and took care of the car. Took car in for a few hail dent repairs. Staff was friendly, prompt, and courteous. When picking up car there was three new paint chips on hood. Was told that day that owner would be notified and get back to us, was also told the PDR had not touched the hood of my car (all hail dents were on hood). Waited three days, heard from no one, called back and am still waiting for a response from them.
