Bluebonnet Ford Service

I received a recall notice in the mail. The girl I spoke to told me they would need to keep my car up to 72 hours to check .I told her I lived out in Spring Branch and didn't have another car . She told me to go to the ford dealership in Spring Branch. Done and Done ! No longer need BlueBonnet for service OR to purchase any more vehicles from BB.

This is my second time using bluebonnet and the service was excellent both times. I needed a recall so there was some scheduling hassle because even tough they scheduled it and updated me via text, they didn’t initially have the part in stock- but in the end, they got the part in time to keep the original appointment. They also offered me shuttle service to work and had it done same day. Gary in the service department was incredibly professional to deal with. Can’t give them enough credit especially after dealing with other dealerships in San Antonio specifically on the North East side. Service: Oil change
