AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I called multiple shops around New Braunfels to have someone check out the transmission in our car. I spoke to Sid at aamco and he was able to work us in for a quick diagnostic. He presented the diagnostics and laid out clear options on how to go forward. All for no charge. The guys here are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I don't think we're going to fix this vehicle but I will absolutely take our vehicles back the next time we need service.

I had my 2015 F-150 "repaired' at another place of business and had some parts replaced to cure a severe miss during acceleration. After I paid almost $600 for the repair, the problem was worse. I thought it might be a transmission issue and took it to AAMCO. They performed a free diagnostic and said the transmission was fine, but it needed some engine work. My truck needed work on the differential, I had checked around and wasn’t comfortable with the the answers I was hearing and still left with questions. I am very happy with the answers, the effort and follow through with taking care of the differential & several other issues my truck had, (I was aware of already).
