Caliber was great in identifying the problem with my 2014 Accord. This car has had issues with burning out starters for a long time now. They found that there was a technical service bulletin for the starter and were able to get my old starter replaced under warranty and applied the fix in the bulletin. While doing that they also discovered that the battery charge was low and also under warranty so it was replaced. Updates to me happened on time, and that is always welcome. I will continue to go to Caliber for future repairs.
