Did I use this business? No, never got a chance and I'm glad it turned out that way. Left the truck in the morning for repair and called in the afternoon to see what the deposition was. This was two hours before there closing time when i called. Only to find out the truck was still parked on the same spot i had left at. Luckily, i was close by and saw it with my own eyes and told the staff member to not bother checking my truck for i was right around the corner. I get there and there's like 5 staff memebers doing nothing but talking and not doing there jobs.i should've taken my friends advise about there bad service, but i want to give them the benefit of doubt, only to see that my friend was right. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place. Save the headaches!

This place was a total ripoff. I was charged over $1100 for a break job by someone who obviously doesn't know what there doing. Now my breaks lockup an alarm goes off every time i start it and the dash says to check the break system when I turn on my vehicle and the guys at Pueblo are totally confused about what to do. I didn't even have these issues before i went here .I can't drive it now I have to get a tow truck to take it to another shop with certified mechanics to fix what they couldn't at Pueblo. So don't waist your time and money with these con artists Service: Brake service & repair

The online appointment system is a joke. Emailing them is useless. When I called to make an appointment, they told me it's first come, first serve. What's the point of the online appointment system? The ambiance of the shop is nice. Spacious and lots of fun stuff on the ceiling. They have a lot of tires and the garage did fit my 9ft tall van easy. It took them 4 hours to replace and balance 4 new tires on my van. I asked them to check my A/C system, our probably needed new freon. At first the system was empty and for the rest fine. No leaks. 2 Hours later there was a leak and they wanted to replace the whole A/C system because of insurance/guarantee reasons. When I asked them why it took 4 hours to replace tires, they kinda avoided my question. It was busy and there where to mechanics working on different parts of the van. Stuff like that... $1321 For 4 new tires is a big rip off. And there was no alternative because the Firestone tires where the only one they had. I'm not coming back
