I have been a customer since 2019 when it was a prior name but throughout the years I have always chosen to return to this shop because of the wonderful customer service. Everyone is so nice/helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. One encounter was this year in 2023 w/ Mr Cesar; he is definitely 1 of the most knowledgeable, confident, trustworthy to work there. He assured me that he would assist me through the repair process and keep me informed & updated. The whole team in Mission is easily accessible and eager to help!! Recently this summer I referred a family member & was greeted by Cesar and Parish once again, best customer service ever! With that said - I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. Brought our Mercedes CLA 250 to get fixed and Collision Worx did not disappoint. They provided excellent customer service and did an awesome job on our car. They would call almost daily with an status update which I really appreciated as well.
