Let me just start by saying, the service and quality doesn't get any better than this. Bruce took good care of my needs as professional. Bruce tested out the work done to my Chrysler and figured it needed a little more tweaking and took it back in the shop later to find the root of the problem. By the end of the day I got a call the car is ready to be picked up. When I got on the seat of my car let me tell ya, my car has never felt better! The service at Triple A Automotive is always above and beyond. I had a broken manifold stud in my cylinder head. I couldn’t get it out myself so I had my truck towed to their shop. In less than an hour they welded a nut on the bolt and had it out and ready for pickup. On top of that their prices are always fair—only cost $50 for the stud removal. For the hassle and headache that broken stud was causing me I would have paid more for sure. We take all of our vehicles here as they also follow up with a thank you note and request an update to ensure you’re happy with their services. I’m so happy we found a great shop!

Disappointed in this shop. Different set of people operating and maybe not so honest. I was charged a $7.98 fee for a quote for the part they needed even though I have been there 3X in the last 3 months. Also charged for AC dye which makes me believe they are not fixing it properly to begin with. The first time I went there they had to replace the freon hose and a oil sensor that was leaking on the hose causing it to crack. 3 months later back with no freon because they did not fix it proper to begin with or put enough freon. Jessica also said as I was leaving that if I replaced the compressor the parts will not match? So are they using scraps left around? They have a sign at checkout 4% off for cash pay and states it would reflect on receipt. It did not show on the receipt because Jessica is a liar. I have not paid cash there before. I was overcharged $60 for the ignition coil that I paid to get a quote for. Sometimes if you can get in and out quickly it is because they don't have as
