Triple A Muffler Complete Auto Care

A friend of mine recommended this location for front-end work I needed done. He warned that I should arrive early on Saturday. I was first in line at 6:55, but 5 minutes later, there were 10 people in line. Work was completed the same day and at a reasonable price. Very satisfied!

Called in to see if they can install a catback exhaust system on my 2020 Challenger Scatpack. They asked if I was providing the kit, told them yes, asked what brand, told them the exact name and model. Got quoted $150-$200 for the full install. Got to shop, checked in, took my info, took my keys and I waited. Them this gentlemen comes in to waiting area walks me outside and said that it would be $400+ because it would be HOURS worth of work because of all the clamps. Um, it’s just clamps dude. Kit says 1-2 hours worth of labor. It was a straight bolt on system, no welding, kit had all pieces needed. Got upset when I told him that, went inside to I assume yell at the person that quoted me the first amount, then said that he couldn’t do it for anything less than $400. Called 2 more local shops, 1 in Terrell, 1 in Rockwall, both quoted me $100-200. Where do you think I ended up getting my kit installed ? Because of someone’s greed, you lost a customer and and took their business elsewher
