H&J Alignment And Brakes

Wow! That’s my overall impression. ???? I made my way into this mechanical ⚙️ shop as I needed brake pads and rotors for my Toyota Tundra. I’m greeted in the front office by a wonderful lady named Nadia. She was courteous, friendly, and attentive. She followed up with me and kept me in the loop all the way from drop off, to the repair estimate to completion. The quality of work performed on my truck was also superb ????. The prices are very reasonable, specially if you pay cash ????. I can’t think of a time where I’ve been anywhere to get my truck repaired and I received this type of superior service. I highly recommend this shop in Mesquite!

I took my 2018 Explorer in due to the water pump. I told them while I was there to let me know how much more for the coils and 02 sensors and do the state inspection. When I got there to pick it up, the price was not terrible but not good, I had them only change the water pump because of the outrageous price on the coils, never got a quote on o2 sensors, and never got the inspection. Even though they did not do the inspection they almost charged me for it until I asked. then when it was time to check out, they charged me $80.00 to use my car. I guess the $1800 wasn't enough. You can use this place if you want, but as for me I will stay away.

Guy who did alignment did not want to do the job because it was late in the day, told me he wanted to do alignment after new tires but I did not want a bad alignment on brand new tires. After job was done told me he could not get it all the way aligned due to bad tires, and said it will be more money than quoted. Was told 89.95 before job then told 125 after job I paid it. I decided to give them one more shot due to convince of location now they say ball joint is to worn and that the alignment would not work, then told me that's probably why they could not get aligned the first time.
