I enjoy the speed and ease of use of this tire shop. Because of mobility issues, I appreciate not having to exit my truck for routine issues. Their techs are friendly and quick. 051123: I wish I'd gotten his name! He took care of me and my truck like I was family! He offered the kind of advice and recommendations a mechanic son would give his mother, and not just for Mother's Day. Loved the experience

I’ve been in Mesquite 4 years now, this was the only place I would go to. Great service, they get you in and out, I’ve never had a problem until 3/15/23. They’re doing construction by my Job, I’m in the Healthcare field. On this morning at 6:00a.m. I Got a nail in my back tire, i had a slow leak. I knew the shop wasn’t open yet, so I had to wait and I needed to start giving my residents their medication. By 9:00 I’m nearly finished. I stopped working to run to the shop, before my tire had gone completely out of air. I just wanted a patch because my tires are all New, I only had the car for a Couple of months. I told the Man that was fixing it, I only want a patch were the nail was. I wasn’t paying attention because I was rushing and I always come here. They always take care of me. I rush back to work, I get off that evening. Walk to the car and something says look at your tire. I look and it’s a whole used tire that’s balled on the sides, totally different Brand from the rest. They absolutely ripped me off!! The mechanic who greeted me gave me a price for used tires. $55 each and $200 plus tax for a set! I confirmed the price with the mechanic 3 times. So as I get ready to pay the manager writes up the receipt for $330 and tells me it's $55 each and $300 for the set. First that makes absolutely no sense, Secondly that makes absolutely no sense and third the mechanic told me $200.. At the end of the day, after going back and forth with the manager, and speaking with the mechanic, the manager said the best he could do is $250 (not $220)and after taxes I payd close to $300. If it was a slow day and he needed lunch money he should have just said that. Never again crooks!!
